Individual Psychotherapy And Couples Therapy
Most people experience emotional stress or distress at some point in their lives and need help.
People often come to me for therapy after a painful life event or because they are suffering from problems in their personal or professional lives. I have been a psychotherapist in London for thirty years. I provide psychotherapy in a safe, confidential environment. Therapy that is designed to meet your individual needs.
I work with individuals and couples
on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, to help toward a greater self awareness and understanding of relationships with others.
The aim of psychotherapy is to realise our potential for recovery, growth and lasting change. I offer a therapeutic relationship in which I listen, support and challenge to enable you to find your own way to recovery to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

From my vast clinical experience in mental health services I am able to work with mild, moderate and severe difficulties.
